Here is the command you use in the steam console for the October runtime version of the Fallout exe. Here is the link to the tutorial I followed and here is the depot for the old exe files. everything worked without having to redo my mods or wait for f4se I dragged the october version of my exe from that depot to my fo4 installation folder and replaced it. I figured out how to put steam in console mode and download a downgraded.
